Open Letter to airlines:We hate you by Ken Levine.

Open Letter to airlines:We hate you by Ken Levine.
Kenneth Levine(full name),borned on February
14,1950,Santa Monica,CA.He is the director, writer, producer of many mainstream works and plays. He is the host of the post-game Dodger Talk on KABC radio.Ken wrote the letter for the pure purpose of complaining and of showing how unsatisfactory he was towards the airlines. The problems of the letter were that he was marveled at the poor attitude of receptionists, meanwhile experienced several delays of planes, uncomfortable seating conditions and insufficient amenities and improper snacks.Even he did receive apoloy from the airline,he thought the apology was disingenuous and patronizing.I do not feel any sympathy for him out of many reasons.First, his certain usages of words were rather uncouth and offensive.Such as'fucking'.This's not courteous in the formal letter.Second, crews and attendants are human beings also, when you're suffering delays, they were suffering as well.Delays are not what they expect or what they can control.Third, since it was an domestic flight route, thus its ticket fee was somewhere cheap around $50-80,you did not deserve the privileged kind of blankets, pillows and snakcs with luxury. It shall be harder to alter the situation than to adopt. It can be hard to change. All the author did were in vain.

Virgin Atlantic letter by Oliver Beale.
Oliver Beale, a high-flying advertising executive, has been revealed as the author of a complaint letter to Virgin Atlantic which has been hailed as the greatest of its kind.
Along with the letter, author attached 7 photographs of the food he received during the fligh .He used satire and humor trying the complain the nasty food. He asked Sir Richard to remember the excitement of opening Christmas presents as a child. He then wrote: "It's your hamster Richard. It's your hamster in the box and it's not breathing. That's how I felt when I peeled back the foil." I like the wise, humorous way author used to effectively and effectually demonstrate and persuade the readers
He did not even use any offending words.Consequently with politeness and efficiency,he received phone call from Sir Richard later for apologizing.I think the way the author used to persuade is quite proper. It might be easy to alter the current in-flight meal of Virgin Airline since Sir Richard had called the author inviting him to select the food and wines for future Virgin flights.
