response to the two letters

The first letter - Virgin: the world's best passenger complaint letter? Which a passenger who love the Virgin Brand although the severses start to become worse and worse. The flights provide the passengers diet which are rediculous. From the letter and the image, we can see that the food in the flight is not ordered, not fresh, I think we would throw them away if we are at home. At this point, we only ask for something that can be eatten. The quatity of the TV images are so bad that the passengers are hardly see. What if I have nothing to do on the airline but watching the TV show, my eyes will be so tired by doing it. If you provide a servese like this, who in the world would take the airline agian?
In the second letter -We Hate You, as the writer mention about the delay, at my point , I don't want to argue with that, I will give you time to check the safety of airline, and you guys should better give me a good reason. But if the delay is because of pilot being lazy and come late, how would we not being angery at you. The airline can't not just provide us a way to go from one place to another, but also a place we can receive serve and feel we are all respected from others.
